Peterson & Grantham Insurance Brokers is an independent insurance agency in Roseville, California. We have helped local families and business owners protect what matters since 2008. Personal Insurance

Homeowners insurance. The right home policy covers your house from fire, storms, theft, and lawsuits. We help you set the correct rebuild limit and find a carrier that likes your home. We also help with harder cases, like homes that got a non-renewal notice.

Auto insurance. Coverage for cars, trucks, and SUVs, at a price that makes sense. Auto policies also bundle neatly with your home policy, which can lower both bills.

Umbrella insurance. Extra liability protection that sits on top of your home and auto limits. If a big claim goes past your normal limits, an umbrella policy helps protect your savings.

If the normal market cannot help, we turn to the California FAIR Plan for basic fire coverage, then add a Difference in Conditions policy to fill the gaps. Together they act much more like a standard home policy. Few agents handle this well. We do.
